Bastille: Live @ Academy 2, Dublin

It was definitely no surprise that this gig was a sell out. With three outstanding acts to perform in such an intimate venue, it was bound to be a gig to remember.

Up and coming- Hudson Taylor

Dublin brothers Harry and Alfie Hudson-Taylor have been uploading videos to Youtube, and gigging on a small scale for a number of years now, and it seems it's paying off. From starting out busking on the streets (...or poles and bins in Harry's case!) of Dublin, and uploading videos to Youtube, to now being included in the line-up for the Cheerios Childline Concert 2012, is some achievement.

Having played a tonne of gigs over the last few months, within Ireland and the UK, Orla is set to play her second ever headline show, in London at the end of the month. Before opening for Bastille, to a massive crowd in the Academy 2, I got the chance to catch up with Orla and ask her a few questions.

Interview with... BriBry

Youtube sensation, and Dublin singer/songwriter, Brian O’Reilly, better known as BriBry, recently released his latest singles ‘Everything’ and ‘Your Life Over Mine’ on iTunes. Both songs have received a majorly positive response, and it is clear that Brian is well on his way to major success with his music. In the recent weeks, Brian kindly agreed to answer some questions I, and I’m sure many others, had been dying to ask him.
